We would like to draw your attention to the fact that all pistes and ski trails in the entire Lachtal ski area will be closed daily from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. throughout the 2024/25 winter season. During this period, the piste machines and piste machines with cable winch operation are in use and the snowmaking system is in operation on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 500 must be activated for the duration of your stay. This will not be charged directly to your account or credit card, but will be deposited digitally online via Swikly and released again online after your departure.

Please note the following points on your departure:
Leave the apartment swept clean. Please dispose of all garbage! If anything is broken, please inform us immediately. We would like to politely draw your attention to the fact that we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee of Euro 190 for any soiling that exceeds the usual level.
Please make sure that you have not forgotten anything in the apartment.
We ask our guests not to smoke in the house and on the balcony!
Please be considerate of other guests, especially after 10 p.m. with regard to noise levels. During your stay we ask you to bear in mind that all residents of the apartment house want to feel comfortable.
If you wish to bring dogs (max. 1 dog), please contact us in advance. This is only possible by prior arrangement. We ask you to bring your own blanket for your pet so that it feels at home. For dogs we charge 30,-- Euro per night. Please do not leave your dog alone in the apartment!
In the apartments there is the possibility to use an additional sofa bed for a maximum of two children - this is subject to a charge, we ask you to register this before arrival.
The price for adult occupancy differs from the children's price listed on the website, in this case please contact us in advance.
Please do not enter the apartment with ski boots, leave them in the depot provided for this purpose. If possible, do not enter the apartment with street shoes, especially in winter.
One heated ski box is available per apartment. (according to the number of the Apartment) Please leave this open when you leave.
When parking, please note that there should be space for two cars per box, so please be considerate. Please bear in mind that only one parking space is available per apartment. If you are traveling with 2 cars, please park the second car elsewhere.
